The federal university of Agriculture, Abeokuta FUNAAB maintained that the university will resume on the 18th of January 2021 and that the full measure had been put in place,including COVID19 protocols as stipulated by the federal government
#campusstoriescatch had reported that the Academic Staff Union of Universities on Tuesday insisted that Nigerian universities in the country are not ready to reopen at the moment
Salako, the vice Chancellor said it is mischievous and political for any lecturer to go to the media to say that the university was not ready for Academic activities ,adding that it was a personal decision of the lecturer to think that the school could not resume full Academic activities. He also stated that the university has provide "hybrid" teaching a mix of physical and virtual learning in the university "The Virtual learning will take care of the large classes like the part one students while the fewer classes will take the large halls to accommodate the students" he said
