The Dean of Students' Affairs, Prof Muhammad Aminu Mode, has vowed to pay the dowry of any student of the university who is ready to marry with the permission of their parents or guardians to the marriage.

Professor Mode disclosed this when he was giving his short remark at the Annual Maolud Nabiyy of Tijjaniyyah Muslim Students Association of Nigeria (TIMSAN) held at the school Auditorium on Saturday.

In an interview with him, he asserted that he has made the promise for two years, but only one student has come to him so far, stating that he paid for his dowry.

If you see any girl on campus and you love

each other, seek permission from your

parents. After the permission from your

parents or your guardians, come to me and I will pay for your dowry. It's a promise and I have already started fulfilling it. This is the only way I can use to stop you from doing Morocco," he said.
